All orders will incur a shipping charge depending on the value of the order and the location it is shipped to.

Phone orders using a credit card can be taken through my gallery, Art and All That Jazz. Regular business hours are 11 to 5:30 pm PST. Monday through Saturday and 11 to 5 on Sunday. Closed on Tuesdays during the winter.
Fax - orders to 707 431-8371. Be sure to describe your piece and include your credit card. Also include all contact information including phone number and address to ship to. I will add in the shipping charges.

Return Policy - If for any reason you are not satisfied with any silver piece, please return your purchase within five days of receipt, for a full refund. Gold jewelry is not refundable, due to the fact that each piece is made to order. By purchasing direct from the artist, you will always have someone to take care of any of your concerns. Gold Prices - Gold and diamond rings will be quoted up on request. Gold ring prices are determined by the ring size and carat size of diamonds along with the current gold price. Gold prices are subject to change, but I will notify you if there is change.
Shipping - Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for silver and 3-5 for gold. All orders will have an added shipping charge based on value of order and where it is being shipped to.
